Honduras is a pure Central American sativa, preserved by the breeder in 2015 from a classic tropical landrace. Its growth is tall and flexible with strong branching, and its flowering time and flower structure recall the old long-flowering Colombian lowland types, while its aroma and effect lean toward older Mexican sativas. Plants are known for a very high yield and a high flower-to-leaf ratio, along with good tolerance of warm, humid conditions. The bouquet is floral and citrus-led with geranium, musk, woody and spicy notes, supported by a rich terpene profile dominated by terpinolene. The effect is described as clean, energetic and mood-lifting, with a moderate strength and duration. Indoors it flowers in roughly 13 to 14 weeks and suits both sea-of-green and screen-style setups, while outdoors it is best suited to tropical or subtropical climates or mild warm coastal areas. Honduras is a sound choice for growers who want a productive, characterful sativa with a distinctive landrace background.
