At Prime Strains, all orders are packed discreetly and securely. Packaging carries no branding or labelling that would indicate the contents are cannabis seeds.

Delivery Times

All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which includes tracking and requires a signature on receipt.

Order Dispatch Schedule

UK Customers
Orders are dispatched the next business day (Monday–Friday) once payment is confirmed. Payments received before 12:00 noon Monday–Thursday ship same-day for next-day delivery. Orders placed on Friday must be paid before 12:00 noon to be delivered the following Monday.

EU & International Customers
Orders are shipped same-day when payment is confirmed before 12:00 noon, Monday–Friday. Payments received after this time are shipped the following business day.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with the following:

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
• A photo of the damaged item(s), taken on the day of delivery

Please report any damage as soon as possible after receiving your parcel so we can resolve the issue promptly.
