Standard Bank Transfer

Pay via direct bank transfer using the account details below. Choose the account based on your location — EU customers generally benefit from lower transfer fees using the Spanish account, while UK customers should use the UK account.

Your order will be confirmed by email once payment is received and matched to your order reference. Please always include your order number as the payment reference so we can match your transfer promptly.

Processing time: Orders are dispatched once cash payment is received and confirmed, typically within 1–2 business days of arrival. Please email us your order number and approximate posting date so we can watch for your payment.

Money Orders (MoneyGram / Western Union / IMO)

We accept Money Orders, including MoneyGram, Western Union, and International Money Orders (IMOs).

Important: Please email info@primestrains.com before sending any money order to receive the correct recipient details for your payment. Do not send a money order using details from a previous order or from anywhere other than our direct confirmation — unconfirmed payments may be delayed or unmatched.

Processing time: Typically 1–2 business days after we confirm receipt.

Bitcoin

To pay with Bitcoin, email info@primestrains.com and we'll send you our current wallet address along with the exact BTC amount due at the time of your order (to account for exchange rate movement).

Please send the exact amount confirmed to us — cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible, so double-check the wallet address and amount before sending. We recommend waiting for at least 1 network confirmation before considering payment complete; we will email you once we've received and confirmed your payment.

Processing time: Order confirmed once payment is visible on the blockchain and confirmed, typically within a few hours depending on network congestion.

A Note on Payment Security

• We never ask for your full card number, bank password, or wallet private keys by email or phone — if you receive such a request claiming to be from Prime Strains, please do not respond and contact us directly to verify.
• Always double-check wallet addresses and bank details against this page before sending payment, as details can occasionally change.
• Orders paid via bank transfer, cash, money order, or Bitcoin will only be processed and shipped once payment is confirmed on our end.
