Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt of the returned item, along with the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will begin processing your refund immediately. You can expect to receive your refund 2–4 working days after we receive your returned item.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@primestrains.com and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You are responsible for your own shipping costs when returning an item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

For items valued over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
