By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our [Privacy Policy], and our [Returns & Refunds Policy]. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Site or place an order.
  • By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • We reserve the right to request age verification and to refuse or cancel any order where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

2. Legal Status of Cannabis Seeds

The 1961 Single Convention on Narcotic Drugs (signed in New York, 30 March 1961, as amended by the 1972 Geneva Protocol and ratified by Spain) categorizes cannabis, its resin, extracts, and tinctures under Lists I and IV of internationally controlled substances.

In Spain, cannabis seeds themselves are not classified as narcotic substances. The sale, possession, and trafficking of cannabis seeds is not a criminal offense and is not regulated under Spanish law. However, the cultivation of cannabis is subject to administrative and/or criminal regulation that varies significantly by country, and in some jurisdictions by region or state.

We sell seeds strictly on the basis that they will not be used for any illegal purpose. We do not support, endorse, or encourage illegal activity of any kind.

2.1 Intended Use

  • Our seeds are sold exclusively for personal use by adults aged 18 and over.
  • Seeds are marketed as collectible items and for genetic preservation. Any use that violates applicable law in the purchaser's jurisdiction is strictly prohibited.
  • In regions where cannabis cultivation is not legally permitted, seeds are intended solely as collectible souvenirs and must not be germinated.

2.2 Customer Responsibility

Laws concerning the purchase, possession, collection, or cultivation of cannabis seeds vary significantly between countries, and often between regions within the same country. You are solely responsible for researching and complying with the laws applicable in your own location before placing an order and before taking any action with seeds you receive.

Greenworld SL and Prime Strains accept no liability for the actions of any customer or third party who uses our products in violation of applicable law. Nothing in these Terms or on the Site constitutes legal advice regarding the legality of cannabis or cannabis seeds in any jurisdiction.

3. Orders and Contract Formation

  • Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion.
  • A contract is formed only once we send you an order confirmation email. Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee product availability; in the rare case of a stock issue, we will notify you and offer a refund or substitute.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, a violation of these Terms, or that the order is intended for an unlawful purpose.

4. Pricing and Product Information

  • All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and genetic information (e.g., strain lineage, THC/CBD estimates, flowering times) are accurate, but these are provided for general reference only and may vary due to natural biological variability. We do not guarantee specific germination rates, yields, potency, or growth outcomes.
  • In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

5. Payment

  • Accepted payment methods are listed on our [How to Pay] page and may include card payment, bank transfer, cash by mail, money order, and cryptocurrency.
  • Orders paid by bank transfer, cash, money order, or cryptocurrency will not be dispatched until payment has been received and confirmed.
  • Card payments are currently available only for customers in jurisdictions where the sale of cannabis seeds is legal, including but not limited to: UK, USA, Canada, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, France, Austria, Switzerland, Thailand, Poland, Netherlands, Malta, Portugal, Italy, Denmark, Czech Republic, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Romania, Slovenia, and Sweden. This list may be updated without notice as regulations change.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We respect the laws of every country we ship to and do not knowingly ship cannabis seeds to jurisdictions where their sale, possession, or import is illegal.
  • It is your responsibility to confirm that importing cannabis seeds into your country is lawful before placing an order. We accept no liability for seeds seized, destroyed, or delayed by customs authorities in your jurisdiction.
  • Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are indicative only and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you upon dispatch, subject to our Reshipment Policy below.

6.1 Reshipment Policy

If your order has not arrived, please allow 28 days from the shipping date before contacting us to request a replacement, as postal delays outside our control are common, particularly for international and discreet shipments. We are unable to process a reshipment request before this 28-day period has elapsed. Reshipment is offered at our discretion and does not constitute an admission of fault.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate [Returns & Refunds Policy], which forms part of these Terms. In summary, only unopened, unused products in original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery; damaged or defective items are handled separately under that policy's dedicated process.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site to:

  • Purchase products for cultivation, resale, or distribution where prohibited by applicable law;
  • Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including regarding your age or location;
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or other users' accounts;
  • Use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site and cancel any pending orders for any user found to be in breach of this section.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, strain descriptions, images, and the Site's design — is the property of Greenworld SL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except as required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction. We do not warrant that products will germinate or grow successfully, as this depends on numerous factors outside our control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Greenworld SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Greenworld SL, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or regulation applicable in your jurisdiction.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to postal/customs delays, natural disasters, strikes, or governmental action.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, save where mandatory consumer protection laws grant you the right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, particularly in response to updated legislation or business practices. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Please review this page periodically. Continued use of the Site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
