Delicious Candy, also known as Cheese Candy, is a feminised photoperiod cross that brings together two well-regarded lines. One parent is UK Cheese, a famous 1980s British selection, and the other is Caramelo, a breeder's own pick of exotic lavender indica and sativa phenotypes. The result is a predominantly indica plant at roughly 80 percent indica and 20 percent sativa. Plants form sturdy branches carrying plenty of budding side shoots, and the calyx-to-leaf ratio is favourable, which keeps trimming straightforward and buds well ventilated. The flowers are coated in dense resin glands giving off a distinctive sweet cheese aroma. On the palate, expect a slightly acrid, yeasty note alongside liquorice and caramel. The stated THC content is around 22.4 percent. The high starts with an uplifting, clear-headed feel that becomes calm and enjoyable over time, and it is often described as narcotic, so it may suit daytime use more than evenings. Flowering is listed at 55 to 60 days, with harvest in late September outdoors.
